Merging it all online

I'm currently trying to merge all my online world stuff. Everything from my website, blogs, twitter and facebook page. Need to bring it together. Doesn't it all get confusing anyway. Funny all this stuff feels important when really it isn't that much. It gets tiring after a while but when work over the internet its a big part of how you conduct business. So I'm on my way to find a way to tie them all in one knot and hopefully not lose my sanity...LOL
